PREDICTIVE DATA

Our client

A system was developed to address this need and implemented in various facilities across Singapore and Thailand. These applications spanned diverse fields, including mechanical engineering, automation, and manufacturing and processing. Notably, the system was deployed in a factory in Thailand, operated by a company involved in both the livestock (swine, broilers, layers, and ducks) and aquaculture (shrimp and fish) industries.

ABOUT PROJECT

This program provides machine-generated data through numerical summaries and graphical visualizations. It utilizes predictive analytics to enhance plant productivity, forecast potential risks, and facilitate continuous improvement tailored to customer production needs, including compatibility with various industrial networks and protocols.

By detecting unusual equipment behavior, the program can send timely alerts through convenient notification systems, helping customers save time, reduce costs, and enhance overall efficiency.

CLIENT’s initiative

The client sought to augment production efficiency and forecast product demand through real-time data analytics. This initiative was deployed across facilities in Singapore and Thailand, encompassing a prominent livestock and aquaculture corporation. Its core objectives included proactively identifying equipment malfunctions, minimizing operational downtime, and optimizing overall productivity via intelligent monitoring and predictive instrumentation.
