About QUACERT: Vietnam Certification Center (QUACERT) is the National Certification Body of Vietnam established by the Ministry of Science and Technology as a subsidiary of the Directorate for Standards, Metrology, and Quality (STAMEQ), to support state management standardization.

Accreditation & Recognition: IAF, International Accreditation Forum, is the group of leading accreditation organizations in the world to assure that:

- Membership accreditation organizations recognize bodies/organizations with enough ability and independent and objective activity only.

- Establish the Mutual Recognition Agreement (MRA) between membership accreditation organizations so that the certificate will accept worldwide.

JAS-ANZ is one of the most prestigious international accreditation organizations founded in 1991 by an official agreement between Australia and New Zealand.

JAS-ANZ, along with other accreditation organizations such as UKAS (UK), RvA (Holland), JAB (Japan), ANAB (USA), etc. – is a founder member of the International Accreditation Forum (IAF). JAS-ANZ is also a founder member of the Pacific Accreditation Cooperation (PAC) and International Auditor and Training Certification Association (IATCA).

One of JAS-ANZ's primary goals is to set up an international link so that a JAS-ANZ stamp certificate will be accepted in other markets through recognization agreements, especially in Asian, European, and North American markets.
