July 7, 2021 - Stay strong, Saigonese. In 2020, the world faced one of the hideous plagues that have ever existed in our history: COVID-19. Since then, many challenges have arisen that force humanity to change its trajectory in development, and we at NNG are the same. Until now, we have had to face four different waves of COVID-19 flooding into Ho Chi Minh City, with the fourth being the worst one that we have met so far, but with an open mindset and fast decision making, we have managed to prepare for every circumstance that we face at hand.

At NNG, an open mindset about altering our work operation to adapt and control our flexibility over work procedure immediately has always remained as the backbone in our skirmish against COVID-19. NNG has already prepared many alternative solutions and tools for working remotely at home to keep up with the severity of COVID-19 and still ensure consistency in product quality.

The story of Trung Le (Chucky) is a solid example of how NNG has already prepared for any unexpected circumstances brought by the increasing severity of COVID-19. Trung, a full-stack engineer of NNG, was taken into lockdown due to the spread of COVID-19 at Go Vap District. An unfortunate event, but Trung and NNG still managed to alter both parties' work procedures by hosting an online meeting and allowing Trung to start working at home to ensure productivity and maintain clear and comprehensive communication between the two. Even in difficult times, we still maintain our solidity, unity, and perseverance. And together, we will rise through the challenges and come out as best as we always would have been.

Stay strong, NNGers. We did a good job, and now we are doing a better one.
